Executive Board Elections

Members are encouraged to vote for a candidate for a seat on the Executive Board. Board members provide feedback and direction for the club. Ballots will be sent out via email and will also be available in the Cabana Club office very soon. All ballots must be submitted by November 15, 2016. Every family may submit only one ballot.

Annual General Board Meeting Reminder

The General Board Meeting for 2016 will be held on November 15, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse. Join us to hear how the club is doing financially and what is in store for the club. Please get involved and vote for the open seat on the Executive Board.

Annual Holiday Party

Our Annual Cabana Club Holiday party will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. We will have yummy food and fun crafts for kids. There will be an opportunity to have photos taken with Santa for children and adults. There is NO COST to attend; your membership dues help pay for the party.

Fall Tennis Academy

The Fall Tennis Academy will be concluding on Saturday, November 12, 2016. Please contact the tennis pros (Drew, Lynn and Rafael) with specific questions regarding dates and times of available classes that will be offered over the holidays.
The Winter Tennis Academy will be begin in January, 2017. Information available soon.

Billing information

As a reminder, the Cabana Club does not bill members automatically for dues and assessments. Each member is responsible for paying in a timely manner. Payment of dues and assessments is a condition of club membership. Thank you for your prompt payments.

All members with Automatic Payment authorizations on file are asked to contact the Cabana Club office to update credit card information if, and when, cards are replaced. Current information will ensure successful processing of membership dues without interruption. Someone is in the office every day to update credit card information.

Clubhouse Rentals and Deck Parties

Clubhouse Rental: In order to rent the clubhouse a rental agreement must be filled out, a $100.00 clean-up/security deposit must be made and the Executive Board must approve of the function. The agreement is for the clubhouse only and does not include use of the pool, tennis courts or barbeque area. The cost of rental is $25.00 per hour Monday through Thursday and $50.00 per hour Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a maximum of 4 hours.

Deck Parties: Inviting guests is a member privilege, but with guidelines. If a member requests more than 10 guests at one time on the pool deck or barbeque area for a party, please submit a request for such an event. All requests must be submitted to the front office at least one week prior to the event and approved by the Executive Board. There is a maximum of 30 guests per party and the maximum time for a party event is 4 hours. A $100.00 cleaning deposit is required and will be returned following the party if the area if left clean.
