Board of Directors
The PSCC Board of Directors generally meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. Members who have business to present to the board may email a request to the BOD secretary at . Minutes of the regular board meetings are made available after approval by the board at the following month’s meeting on the Club website and also in the office. Financial Reports are made available in the office by request.

Annual Members Meeting
On the second Tuesday of November, all members are invited to attend the Annual Members Meeting in the clubhouse. At this meeting, the Board of Directors will review accomplishments from the preceding year, present the financials from the preceding year, and present the budget for the upcoming year. Additionally, the election of the Board of Directors for the upcoming year will take place at this meeting.
The Nominating Committee is appointed each September by the Board President and operates as described in the Club By-laws to create a list of candidates for the Board of Directors election in November.
