Executive Board Elections
Executive Board volunteer positions are available. It’s a great way to get involved in our club community and provide feedback and direction. Board members serve a two year term and meet at 7 pm on the second Tuesday of each month for approximately 2 hours. The election for the Board member will take place at the Annual Meeting on November 14, 2017 at 7:00 pm. Every family may submit ONLY ONE ballot.
Gate Codes and Guests
Please use your gate code and do not prop the gate open. It is nice to be courteous, but we ask that everyone allow each member to use their own code. And DO NOT give your gate code to anyone other than those that are members of your household.
A family membership allows you to bring guests to the club. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.

- $2.00 Monday-Thursday
- $5.00 Friday-Sunday
- $10.00 during club functions
- Children under 3 are free
It is the responsibility of the member to ensure guest fees are paid and members are also responsible for the conduct of their guests.
ABUSE OF THESE PRIVILEGES WILL LEAD TO SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP TO THE PACIFIC SANDS CABANA CLUB.
Club Grounds
Glass containers are not allowed anywhere on club grounds. Plastic cups are available in the clubhouse kitchen. Before leaving, make sure the area you used is wiped clean of all debris. Please, please pick up your own trash. We do not have a 24 hour maintenance service.
Tennis
The Fall Tennis Academy will be concluding on November 17, 2017. Please contact the tennis pros (Rafael, Drew or Lynn) for specific questions regarding dates and times of available classes that will be offered over the holidays. The Winter Tennis Academy will begin Monday, January 8, 2018.
