Pacific Sands Cabana Club Staff Announcement

The Board of Directors announces a new member of the PSCC team. Please welcome Risé Krejci-Rodrigues as the new General Manager.

Risé and her family, husband Randy and sons Tyler and Kai, have been club members since 2006 and very active with the club. She served on the Board of Directors from 2012-2016 and her sons have been participating on the swim team since 2011.

She has worked several years in customer service, program management and operations in the healthcare industry and approximately 10 years in special education. We look forward to having Risé on our staff.

Lifeguards on Duty

PSCC Lifeguards will be working daily during the week starting:
  • June 25 - Monday, September 3, 2018

Parents are asked to review pool, deck and diving board rules with their children (including no hanging on the lane lines). These rules are posted on the wall behind the diving board. Click here for rules.

Parents are reminded that they are responsible for their children's safety at all times even when a lifeguard is present. "Children under the age of 14 shall not use the pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance." This is the state law.

Tennis News:

With summer in season we would like to remind all members of some safety tips and club rules:

  • All posted safety rules will be enforced by our Life Guards. Be respectful and monitor your children.
  • Members and their guests are expected to comply with all safety and cleaning rules and help report misuse of club.
  • Please sign in all guests with the office before they enter the club grounds and pay all guest fees upon arrival.
  • No back-flips/Gainers allowed off the diving board. One person at a time on diving board. No running on the deck!
  • Glass containers are not allowed anywhere on club grounds. Plastic cups are available in the clubhouse kitchen.
  • No smoking on the club grounds.
  • Large floatables are not allowed in pool.

Deck and Clubhouse Reminders

A friendly reminder to all members and their guests to please clean up after yourself prior to leaving the club. Cleaning supplies are available in the clubhouse kitchen. Your cooperation is much appreciated. Thank you.

Parking

The club has received several complaints about unsafe driving in the parking lot. It is important that we all adhere to the parking rules otherwise the club will enforce $50 fines for violations. The rules are meant to keep everyone, especially our children safe. Please remember the following:

  • No stopping in the driveway to drop anyone off. Pull ahead to the first available parking spot.
  • No parking along the green fence. This is also a fire code violation.
  • No double parking in the parking lot. Drive through and re-enter if necessary.
  • Only park in designated parking spots and do not block the exit or trash bin.
  • Please respect our neighbors and do not block any driveways or park on corners.
