The Members Meeting for 2019

The Board of Directors election results will be announced.

Voting for open Board of Directors positions will take place from November 4-12 by ballots available in the Club during office hours or downloading from the links above.

Meeting Agenda:

  • The new 2019-2020 Board of Director’s and election results will be announced.
  • Voting for the proposed amended and restated Bylaws.
  • Annual Report and Financial Reserve Study reviewed.

Board of Director Elections

Voting for open Board of Directors positions will start Monday, November 4 - Wednesday, November 13 by ballots available in the Clubhouse during office hours from 10:00am-6:30pm.
Each family will cast one (1) ballot. The ballot must indicate the family (members) name to be counted.

Ballots may be dropped off at the PSCC office and must be received by 6:30 pm Wednesday, November 13, 2019.

In preparation for the Board of Directors election in November, the Nominating Committee began selecting candidates in September. The Board of Directors manages the business and affairs of the Club. Board members serve a two-year term and meet the second Tuesday of each month for approximately 2 hours.

The Nominating Committee acceepted recommendations for candidates until September 30, 2019. The membership is being notified of the slate of candidates by November 2, 2019.

Proposed, Amended, and Restated PSCC Bylaws (revised final)

We received several responses and comments by members to the proposed restated bylaws which were forwarded to the attorneys for inclusion where appropriate in the set of newly revised restated bylaws attached for your review. The board of directors approves and supports these new revised restated bylaws and encourages all members to vote for approval.

Please remember to vote at our upcoming Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 13 at 7 pm for the newly revised Proposed, Amended and Restated PSCC Bylaws.

In all matters presented for a vote of the members, each member family in good standing shall be entitled to one vote. (Article VIII, Section 7(A).)
