Robert Kluck (incumbent)

The Kluck family is a second generation Cabana Club family. Bob grew up here on the swim team and now his family. Bob retired from the Irvine Police Department so this gives him a chance to give back to the club. Bob is very involved with his young family of 6 with ages ranging from 7 year old twin boys to 20 years of age. His daughter, Sarah, was a Lifeguard for the club. Bob is ready to take on the challenge to make the club a great place for families for the future to come in HB. Bob is looking forward to another successful term as a Cabana Club Board Volunteer.

Nick Casson

Nick, his wife Paige and their three boys have been members of the Pacific Sands Cabana Club for over twelve the years. As a family over the years we have enjoyed all the activities the club has to offer including swim team, tennis, family BBQ’s and holiday parties. Nick has worked for the fire department locally for almost 30 years and has strong commitment to volunteer in the community whether it is coaching sports teams, helping at school, help fundraise for the burn foundation, or help with the Xmas toy drive every year. Nick presently serves as pack 290”s Cub-master. The Cabana Club has grown and improved, and I would like to see it continue to expand for future families to enjoy. Thank you for your consideration.

Randy Clark

The Clark family is a second generation Cabana Club family. Randy and his wife Wendy have two daughters, Natalie (7) and Georgene (5), who are currently participating in the year round swimming and tennis programs. The Clark family also has a four month old son, who will hopefully be equally active in the club. Randy has extensive financial budgeting and planning experience as an analyst for a large medical company. With three young children Randy hopes to ensure that the Cabana Club remains on strong financial footing and to enhance overall membership experience.

Bob Church (incumbent)

I have been an HB resident for 15 years. My family has been cabana club members for over 4 years. My wife Leah and I along with our 3 children enjoy the club year round. Our kids all swim year round and have made many friends in the cabana club family. I have been on the executive board for the last 2 years and would love to continue to serve the club in this capacity.

Ed Rands

Ed and his family have been members of the club for 6 years now. Ed is an Environmental Engineer and his wife Erin, is a PE Teacher @ HBHS. They have 2 children – Pierce is 11 and active in swim team since 2007 and daughter, Gwynaeth is 7 who is also on the team. Ed believes it is important to be a part of the community we live in and contribute time and ideas in keeping a happy and healthy atmosphere around our friends, family and community, and especially our children. We love our Club and I would be honored to be elected as a member of the Executive Board.”

Patrick Tangney

Patrick has lived in Huntington Beach since 2007. His wife Beth grew up in Huntington Beach and they have been members of the Cabana Club since 2011. Patrick can be found on the pool deck with his daughter Bailey (5) and son Joey (3) on many afternoons and weekends. When not working or spending time with his family, you’ll most likely find Patrick on a golf course somewhere in Orange County. Patrick is looking forward to joining the Cabana Club board and serving it’s membership.
