Club Reminders:
GUESTS: Club Members, please stop by the office and check in your guest before entering the club. Guest fees are $5 Monday through Thursday and $8 Friday through Sunday and Holidays, and there is an additional fee for club-sponsored events. Any visitor who comes through the gate and stays is considered a guest and must pay the guest fee. The Guest fee increased on 10/01/2024. As always, you are liable for your guests even after the office closes. Thank You!
Out of courtesy to your fellow members, some club reminders as we approach our busy season, please…
Club Members, please remember that the facility’s operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week.
Smile! You are on camera. Security cameras cover our property, and if anyone is caught on deck after 10 pm, your membership may be suspended, and a fine could possibly be imposed.
Do not stop and drop off your family at the entrance. Please pull into a parking spot. This is very dangerous! Cars entering can’t see you, and we would like to avoid an accident or injury.
Please do not park in the dirt planters, as it is damaging our sprinklers.
If you are planning a deck party or a gathering of members or guests of 10 or more, please check with the office about the date and time you are interested in. Then, you can fill out a deck party request form and be added to our calendar. We kindly ask for your plans in advance so the office can plan our staff accordingly.
Lifeguards are on staff for your and your children's safety. Please remind your children to listen to our lifeguards and follow our Pool and Diving board rules posted on the pump room behind the diving board.
If you plan to use an oversized pool float in the pool, please check with the office or the lifeguard on duty before doing so. This is to ensure our swimmers' safety, so it doesn’t obscure our lifeguards’ vision.
Reminder for supervision of children: Parents must review pool, deck, and diving board rules with their children and guests. Rules are posted behind the diving board and on our website. Children under 14 are not allowed at the club without an adult present (It is State law).
Lap Lane Reservations: We are still reserving swimming lanes from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. Out of courtesy to swimmers who have reservations, please check the schedule posted on the office window before entering a lap lane without a reservation. In addition, please advise your children not to play in or cut across the lap lanes in order to enter or exit the pool. It is dangerous for them and the lap swimmer.
Children wearing floaties need an adult to always sit poolside to monitor them or be in the pool with them.Small children not entirely potty trained must wear a disposable swim diaper with a reusable swim diaper over it. (Members will be fined if their child has an accident without one.)
Children 14 years and older, unaccompanied by adults, are expected to follow all pool rules.
Please close your umbrella, push in your chairs, and ensure your area is clean when leaving the club. Brooms and cleaning products are available in the clubhouse. All members are responsible for cleaning their area after use. A cleaning crew doesn’t come in later and pick up after you.
For the safety of others, if you use a BBQ, you must monitor it until it is cool and the ashes are disposed of.
No glass, including reusable glass water bottles, is allowed on our pool deck.
MEMBERSHIP DUES/LATE FEES:
Membership dues are due on the 1st of every month and are considered LATE after the 15th. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to an account that has not been paid by the 15th.
